I swapped the faulty one for a new one and that also broke the light stopped working and the heat stopped working so didnt melt the wax was a shame as i loved the product when it first worked as i tried 2 and same thing happened within a month i decided to ask for my money back

Love love love! Every home should have one. Looks pretty. You get good lighting from it. The melts provide a subtle fragrance.

The smart blends warmer was a total waste of money! I purchased it a few weeks ago, the plug in dropped away from the socket with 2 parts of the plug staying in the socket. It’s extremely dangerous this could of caused a fatal accident. I’ve been in touch with the agent whom I purchased it off but haven’t had a reply. My next step is trading standards as these need to be recalled back as soon as possible.

Not sure if I just dropped on a faulty one or two!!!!but would not buy again one bulb kept flickering from new second one glass was loose not good for the money at all

Items fine however getting spare bulbs is proving problematic, not available to order and it seems no one can say what size they are

I have been using the warmer with the 'bergamot geranium' smartblend, in my kitchen. As my kitchen and living room is open plan, cooking smells travel. Today I've been using strong flavours and shallow frying. The smartblend helped to mask the cooking smells and give the area a fresh aroma. I'm not someone who likes strong airfresher type smells. This gives a lovely background aroma (not too 'in your face').

I have this in my girls room. It's great as a little night light for them going to sleep also leaves their room smelling amazing. Plus no candle so worries of any accidents in their room. We love this.

I have my smartblends warmer plugged in in my kitchen. It helps to minimise those cooking smells with the lovely smell of tropical breeze (my choice of smartblends scent). It also acts as a night light which looks beautiful in the dark but provides just enough light to make a cup of tea.

This is so good I had to buy it again now I have one upstairs and one downstairs and they fill the house. They are safe with children and animals and look so pretty.. Brilliant product.

Sits nicely in my hallway to provide a lovely glow and, of course, spreads the fragrance throughout the house. Especially as people come into the house.

Well I had two both now not working. They get too hot if been on for a while and start to turn the light fitting inside burned yellow. Glue comes off from glass bottom and then bulb goes it’s tricky getting it out. Didn’t do replacement bulbs so you had to look on Amazon.
