YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT


You can end your contract with us: you have the right to cancel this contract if you wish. To exercise this right you must notify either your PartyLite Consultant or PartyLite UK‘s Head Office Building 3, Hatters Lane, Croxley Park, Watford, WD18 8YG or to the following email address info@partylite.co.uk within a period of 30 days following delivery of the goods. Notification of cancellation by post or email takes effect when sent. We append at Schedule 1 a model cancellation form.

Provided that any goods which you have received under the cancelled contract have been returned (at your own expense) complete and in good condition to your PartyLite Consultant or to PartyLite UK‘s Head Office within 14 days of your cancellation, you will be entitled to receive a full refund using the same means of payment as you used for your payment. You will incur no fees for that reimbursement.

Summary of your key legal rights:

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:
• up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, you can get a refund
• up to six months: if they can't be repaired or replaced, you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases
• up to six years: if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.
