You can end your contract with us: you have the right to cancel this contract if you wish. To exercise this right, you must notify PartyLite by emailing email@example.com within a period of 30 days following delivery of the goods. Notification of cancellation takes effect when sent.
Provided that any goods which you have received under the cancelled contract have been returned (at your own expense) complete and in good condition to PartyLite within 14 days of your cancellation, you will be entitled to receive a full refund using the same means of payment as you used for your payment.
This refund will be actioned as soon as PartyLite have visibility of the returned product being delivered to a designated address by the courier, currently UPS. This returns process will involve requesting a UPS shipping label from the Customer Services team, contactable at 01923 932606 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
